I was raised in Williams - so Flagstaff is basically home to me! I love the community and environment here, taking advantage of all of the outdoor time I can get! I am always on the move whether it be hiking, kayaking, rock climbing or just exploring this beautiful country. Empowering young minds to feel confident in themselves and curious about their world is a passion of mine. I was a Preschool teacher for 7 years when I decided I wanted to experience the administration side of it. I love meeting new families and forming connections, please feel free to come say hi!

Hi! My name is Lauren Conger. I was born and raised in Chugiak Alaska and came to Flagstaff to receive my degree in strategic communication with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in organizational communication at NAU. Over the past few years I have volunteered my time as elementary coordinator at Bridge Church and enjoy every second. My husband and I decided to stay in Flagstaff after graduation to continue to start our careers in this beautiful mountain town! We love to spend all of our free time outdoors! I am blessed to be a part of a wonderful team and work within administration. I love connecting with all the families to provide an excellent experience for our Kingdom Kids!
